Returns

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare and makeup products cannot be returned unless they are damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the item.

Refunds

• Once your returned item is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Return Shipping

• If the return is due to our error, we will cover the return shipping cost.
• For all other eligible returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless required otherwise by applicable law.
